Verizon sent a replacement phone to me, because my mobile phone stopped working. They also provided me with a label and other papers to return my original (not working) phone. Phone sent & tracked by Fedex. Was delivered to Fort Worth Texas @3:02 am... Verizon alleges that they did not receive the phone. I have tried working with Verizon and informing them that My records indicate phone was delivered, with no results. I abided by their instructions and used the labels proided by Verizon. They have now billed me for the phone in the amount of 449.00 since they allege they do not have it. I am powerless but have no intention to pay the $449 since I have abided by all of their instructons, short of going to Fort Worth & searching myself.
