I Applied for a Grant in order to complete my PHD and was grantedqualification of it in the amount of $ 200,000.00 but did not receive a penny. I did thesame procedure again for same amount and paid one more time the neccessary $ 249,00. (1st. Application 31Aug. 2nd Aug. 2012) for a total of $ 498,00. Absolutely nothing has happened inthe line oothing, Fax, Phone letters have had any response nof a real grant.
