Received this letter for grants. First thing is envelope... Stamped. Second date in letter"make 2012 your".. 2012?? A little late. Third. Grants are not made like this. Ever. Fourth... No website. Fifth. Most grants are about filling out forms and being within the required criteria. No money is paid to get a "grant".. Unless you are paying some one to do all the work for you..
