I ordered DVD's on 1st Jan. It's now two months later and they never arrived.

They emailed me once to say they had been sent but obviously never were sent.

Now they have removed their website.

P.S. Update Just spoke with Ken. He apologized for the delay. He evidentally had to let go of his helper due to poor work ethic. He hopes to be hiring a new carpenter this week.
