I ordered a complete box set of the five mile creek dvds. I received order complete notification on 12/27. As of today I have not received the dvds. And I cannot get hold of a Kevin Williams, customer support manager for DVDGator. I have an email address [email protected]. But it does no good because i get messages from my mail that is failed because of address is not right. I want to know what we the customers who have been scammed by this company can do.
