Towards end of December via internet I ordered a complete set of DVD's for the four seasons of the TV series The Big Valley for $79.00 and received a confirmation e-mail 12/31 that the set would be delivered in 2-4 weeks and that my credit card would be charged under the name Roger Is Consulting.

On 01/02 my debit card was charged $79 from Roger Is Consulting and a $2.27 Foreign Fee.

By mid February I had not received the DVD set and emailed [email protected] asking the status of my order. I know the e-mail went through went because I did not receive notice that it could not be delivered. However, I received no response from DVD Gator.

On February 18 I again sent an e-mail to [email protected] requesting information on the order. I then received Delivery Status Notification Failure from postmaster@mail. Hotmail.com.
