Do not buy anything from dvd gator.

I have tried many times over the past two months to get a replacement DVD from the Hill Street Blues box set that my wife bought for me for Christmas. This site was the only one to offer the complete series.
The first DVD had minor pause problems but the second DVD couldn't be watched with the constant skipping and pausing. I e-mailed customer service and was told a replacement DVD will be mailed soon. After 3 weeks I inquired to Gordon at "customer support" and was told my replacemnet was shipped.
Well... After waiting now over 2 months and many emails back and forth to Gordon I still have not received by replacement.
Now I can't even get a response from DVD Gator as it seems they either changed thier e-mail address or just shut it down.
What a terrible way to treat a paying customer.
