I filed my income tax return with Turbotax, which I've never had problems with, I decided to choose the Netspend Visa to have my refund much sooner. I trusted this because Turbotax has an A business rating. My refund was deposited to thecatd on February the 8th, when I called to activate the card they asked for copies of my drivers license, SS card, and w2s for security reasons. I faxed the documents that day, I called everyday for two days checking for the block to be removed. On the third business day, February 11th, they said the documents were to dark. I was very upset, but faxed them again, this time I faxed them four times in different lightness, I called Friday the 15th. They once again said they were to dark. I faxed again that day, six different lightness, even color copies. I called today February the 19th. Still to dark, OMG this is a scam, and I honestly believe a lot of hard working Americans are going to be out there refunds. Which for a lot of us will cause bills to get behind, and make a bad economy even worse. When I called customer service I asked where they were talking to me from, they are in South America, they speak Brazilian Portuguese, I have never spoken to an American customer service operator. This is what happens when companies out source over seas to save money. They save and destroy our economy
