The charges occurred from 9/8 - 2/18. The first one was authentic. I attributed the second one to my misunderstanding and ignored it. I did the same with the third one. Finally, I realized I had no idea what was happening. On 2/19 I looked at the Credit card record and noticed the charge from 2/11 then looked for all the others. There were a total of 6 charges for $69.12 and one for 10.75. I called the people and was told there were a lot of levels to the program and each level had several sets of CDs. With the first set of CDs — the charge for . 75 — I had found that the speaker didn't pronounce words so I could repeat them so I couldn't do the exercises. I just chalked it up to my bad luck and figured I hadn't understood that I would be charged a couple more times. I had no idea that I was signing up for something that would be i. 12 every few weeks apparently forever. The woman I spoke to on the phone said I would receive one more set of CDs that I could just return and that I wuould be billed a couple more times for the ones I already had. I don't understand how to do any better so I just chalked it up to my status as a loser making good and decided to let it go. When I found this web site I decided to add my experience to the list.
