Even though I cancelled after the 14 day trial
my credit card was charged for order not asked for or received. I disputed this my bank, they put a hold on said disputed amount. After a long
wait they said that they were unable to take care of the matter as they received no receipt from the company involved. My complaint is I was charged for 75.04 for product not ordered.
I called to solve this problem several times and
the person who answered was not able to speak English well and then claimed bad connection and for me to call back, I am going to call Better Business as this a fraudulent transaction perpetrated by your company and I am unable to resolve by normal process.
