Customer service rep in Mexico doesn't speak English well

I called the (800) number on my monthly mortgage statement to see why the mortgage insurance premiums I paid in 2012 (which are tax deductible) were not appearing on my Form 1098 statement. The person who answered BARELY spoke English. I had to keep repeating myself for her to understand me, and I had to ask her many times what she said because I could not understand her. It is bad enough that GMAC is making money on USA mortgages but does not see fit to employ US citizens in their customer service department. However, if you are going to farm work out to a foreign country to try and take advantage of cheap labor, at least hire people who speak English reasonably.
