Working for gm dealership getting laid off and no help from mortgage

Eady to lose home after working at gm dealer for years and getting laid off. Called nj hope to get help. Tried to negotiate releif from gmac mortgage company and get some dimwit on phone who won't give me time of day... Gmac mortgage doesn't care about employees or anything and we bail them out what a joke
