On Dec 30, I ordered a dvd box set of the Andy Griffith TV shows. My credit card was charged on Dec. 31st. I was told to allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. My credit card charge would appear as paid to Rogers IS Consulting. On Jan. 30th I still had not received my dvds and I sent an email to [email protected]. A customer support manager at customer support responded that I should allow 3 to 4 more days due to the Canadian holidays which I did. I emailed him again on 2/07 and have received no further communication from anyone at customer support. I have since mailed a letter to Rogers Consulting on 2/12. Awaiting a response from them now.
