I entered a 3-year contract with this company in July and requested termination of the contract in July because i was dissatisfied witht their services. I requested a pro-rated refund, but received no response despite sending correspondence by letter and email to erica. [email protected]. I have come to beleive that this company was a sham from the beginning, thus my inability to locate them or get them to respond.
