Brian Spooner is a man who would do anything for another account, even falsify information.
I requested on line information about their merchant account services. I was told to fill out their online form and they would send a contract for my review. The form requested I sign a digital signature at the end of it. Keep in mind this form is not a legal contract.
Once I received the actual contract I was advised not to sign it. Which I never did. I told Brian Spooner my decision, that I would not be signing any three year contract in this economy. I assumed it was finished.
Weeks later I receive a bill for $923 for breaking a contract I never signed. When I called them a supervisor named Jen told me I signed a digital signature so the contract was valid. You can imagine what I said to her.
My lawyer is now beginning action against this company. Do not use them you will regret it.
