Just like many of the other complaints on DVD Tiger, we too ordered and paid $49 for a DVD Set of Homefront. After not receiving them in the timeframe they said, I sent an email. They were quick to respond saying to wait another wk or so due to the holiday. I've seen copies on another SCAM Complaint site of the exact same emails they sent me.

I just spoke with our customs broker. They have cleared your package and it is now with your local carrier. It should arrive within 3-5 working days. It will arrive with the postal system (USPS).

We were billed nearly $18 for taxes & duties and therefore you will not be charged anything when it is delivered.

NOTE: They will not just leave the package in your mailbox, they require a Signature to deliver. Perhaps someone was not home to sign. So please double check and make sure you don't have any packages waiting at your Post Office. Sometimes they forget to leave those Notice Cards on the door.

We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience.

Now that I told them to reship, I no longer can view their website and my last email came back undeliverable. I guess a lot of us were taken by this scam, especially over the holidays!

Too bad these people can not be caught!
