I was looking for an iPhone on Kijiji and I got an email reply from a "Jessica" saying "she" was sorry she sold her phone already but she only paid twenty something dollars winning it on Dealcent and I could try to win one for myself. She also offered to transfer her bids to me. After signing on, purchasing more bids, using my bids, I did a search and realized other people are getting the same email.
