I was charged for merchandise on 12/11 for $98.00 which I did not receive. Then on 1/10 I was charged $49.00 for merchandise I did not receive. I was told I had to cancel and the cancellation # is 134285 made in Jan. I was told I had to go through billing with my complaint. Billing turned the request down because it was past the trial period. I explained that I had not received the merchandise to no avail.
