I have ordered to try samples of cosmetic products from Bellagenix and Veloura and I have proved a credit card to cover the required postal expenses. Apparemtly I have been charged twice for each product onece at EUR 153.80 and second time at EUR 142.04. I have tried calling the Customer service but I did not get though.
