I have already submitted a complaint against Veloura.com, so the same story is for BellaGenix. However, in this case, I got my trial bottle, and yesterday I got my bank report saying that they charged my VISA card fir $ 99.95.
I haven't got any email informing me that they had sent me anything whatsoever, I do not want to have anything with them any more, I just want them to refund my money.
