I ordered, they shipped to the incorrect address even though they had they correct one in my confirmation email.
FedEx could not deliver.
Autopartsway would not refund me until they got the item back and told me I need to contact FedEx myself.
I left negative feedback on amazon.com
They wrote me to tell me that they got the package back from FedEx but that they would not refund money until I removed negative feedback, stating that that Amazon locked them out due to the negative feedback.
Amazon says this is not the case and that they are not allowed to manipulate feedback.
Now they say they never got the item back.
No wonder they make money. They get your money and keep the product.
