I have been a loyal customer of smoke-spirits for a long time. I placed an order late August and still haven't received my cartons and the check to them has cleared. I have emailed several times to no avail. When I call to speak to a customer representative I am put on hold and my call is never answered. I am at my wits end. This company has been so honest in the past but I think I am out of both my order and my money. I am very disappointed in Smoke-Spirits.
