Tried to place a order. Was told I had to show proof of id, before I could place a order. I said no thank you it would be to much trouble and the shipping was to high. The next day they placed the order anyway. I called customer service, was told on first orders they process without i d. They ask me why I wanted to cancel, I told them again shipping to high. I was told i would have the total amount refunded to my account that day. It wasn't. Called them again and was told it would be refunded no later than April 22. It wasn't. Learned another lesson, In God we trust, everyone else we check out.
