1ST ISSUE 1/26- I placed an order to your company and never received the package because the courier for whatever reason or another did not leave the package even though they have in the past. The courier says you have received the shipment because it was returned and I was out of town. I HAVE NOT been refunded for the product I never received and was returned to Just Fab.
2nd ISSUE 2/15- I have been charged the reoccurring amount of $39.95 even though the last time I called I clearly stated to cancel my subscription. EVEN BETTER I was charged and not even given the credit on my Just Fab account to use even if I wanted to (which I don’t). This company is giving me nothing but problems. As most people do, I hate losing money.
I have proof of documentation backing my statement on both claims if needed.
