Have done worldwide vacations for a few years now booking via Expedia. When you log in your account or call customer service the only information that remains is for your trips done in the past six months. Beyond six months it disappears. Even when calling customer service.
Made 5 calls within 1 hour to CS. Had to explain it each time, and while waiting to get transferred to a "supervisor" I got disconnected 3 times. Sent 4 emails of the same question with no answer. Only a copy and paste repeat of the policy.
Funny that I paid, and my information is gone after six months. Costomer service reps including a supervisor "Romeo" kept repeating the policy and would not provide an explanation. He wouldn't answer the question. He put the blame on me for not saving old emails of my itineraries as if it is my fault for not doing so.
In this day and age server space isn't an issue for Expedia. They are simply liars!
Don't do business with this offshore Filipino company. You will get screwed by customer service.
Noticed they sell my personal information by the emails I get. Don't give Expedia a penny.
