My experience with Expedia.com has been nothing but terrible. After booking with them, I called to use their "best price guarantee" and was given the run around after spending 30 minutes for an agent to even pick up the call. Then, after getting through to a tier 3 supervisor, I was given absolutely no satisfaction. Those people provide horrible customer service and literally rip off their customers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE EXPEDIA.com!!! I regret having booked with them at all. If had known that they would be so bad, I certainly wouldn't have.
