The problem is a bought a luggie folding scooter from this company four months ago. The scooter has a warranty to for entire scooter for one year. I have not used the scooter that much but it is as not advertised but I took the 2100 dollar loss as experience. I got on the scooter to use it on Monday the 11th of Feb. It had no light on the switch and so I tried to charge the battery. I called the company starting Monday thru Thursday and the answering service told me they would pass the message along to the tech support. After two days I began calling on the third day and after a total of seven calls on all three days and screaming at the answering service, their tech support called me back and told me that the battery I had was listed on defective list and I needed to pack and ship the battery to the manufacture at my cost and then wait three weeks for a replacement. They said they would send me an instructional email to tell me how to send the battery back. I am still waiting for it. I feel the company should send me a new battery and then pay for the shipping of the old one back to them. I hope this helps others know that this company takes your money quickly and then forgets you. This is a hard ordeal for me as I am disabled and have severe osteoporosis. I inquired about a replacement batter and tech support said it would be 543.00. I am on a fixed income and my children had to pay for this scooter. I was embarrassed to tell my children I had chosen poorly on the scooter. Now I am embarrassed to tell them I was scammed.
