My wife needed her computer fixed that night so she called them. They said they could help her, charged my wife a 102.00 after that was done they told her they could not help till the next day. She needed her computer fixed that night cause she does Paralegal work for her job at a law firm she works for. I need the money refunded A.S.A. P For services i did get on the 15th of february. Had someone fix it that night with no excuses and was cheaper. I called them today to cancell and get my money back and they gave me the run around.
