A tech came to my house to remove a virus from my computer. He claimed he was running diagnostic test s to find the virus. He opened up my computer and took something out and told me it didn't serve any purpose. Then he told me my computer was fixed. When he left I noticed the sound was not working on my computer so I called him back. I was then told that there was probably a loose wire so I checked everything. There was no loose wire and now i have no sound which was initially not the problem. I was billed for $398.00 and my computer is still not fixed. Now i must pay out more money to get something fixed which was not initially broken. This company is a real ripoff and I would never advise anyone to use them unless you just have money to throw away.
