Ordered Dark Shadows on December 13. As of this date, 02/15, I have not received this product. I emailed the company 3 separate times and was assured that it was on its way. On 02/06 I emailed the company again and they were putting a trace on the product. They said it was held up at my local post office for taxes and duties which they paid an additional $18.00 and that I should receive it within 3-5 business days. On 02/14 I called the post office because I still had nothing delivered and they couldn't find anything for my home address. They suggested I request the tracking number. I sent an email again to DVD Gator requesting a refund or proof of mail by tracking number. My email was send back as undeliverable.
