After having a car accident and living in an assisted living home for a year and a half, I returned to the world with tarnished credit. Recently, I applied with the company above to purchase a new computer. They were very nice, that is until they received the second payment. After that, I was ignored, my phone calls were not returned and today I got hung up on. I have determined that there will be neither a computer nor a tracking number which I have asked for repeatedly. I was told twice that it would be shipped from within my state of residence. I am angry and being a disabled person, I feel even more at a disadvantage because it is so hard for me to get money to purchase items like a computer. I had saved that money for months. Can you help me please?
