I ordered a dvd and they took out $19.90 from my banking account and I never received the movie. After various emails and still no movie I told them I was going to have my bank get my money back they responded via email and said: Any attempts to file a CHARGE BACK or a DISPUTE will be deemed fraudulent and appear as a DEFAULT payment on your CREDIT REPORT. So after a few more days I replied and told them I will now be filing my own fraudulent claim against them.
