Ordered DVD Tap Roots for my mother September 8. Made inquiry on 9/18/10 to see if it had shipped. Received message to allow 20 days. Following that in all caps was:
"VISA/MASTERCARD/PAYPAL CUSTOMERS Any attemps to file a CHARGE BACK OR DISPUTE will be deemed fraudulent and appear as a DEFAULT payment on your CREDIT REPORT.
REFUNDS: Contact us directly and we will refund your purchase should you have any problems."
The DVD arrived and I gave it to my mother who took it home with her and couldn't get it to play. My brother also tried the DVD on his machine and couldn't get it to play. Reported this to VIdeo House and message back was to turn it over.
Emailed them that it would not play on either side, tested on two machines. Also advised that there was no movie title or graphic apparent anywhere on the DVD. It looked blank. I asked to return the DVD. There was no response and subsequent E Mails in November would not go through and then I couldn't even find the site. The mailing had a return address of 100 Green Valley Parkway in Henderson, NV 89074.
