Ordered complete set of Northern Exposure the TV series. Offer said it took 3 to 4 weeks to ship because of the free shipping. It's been 2 months now! At first they made excuses foe the delay, but now I can't even open up their web site to lodge further complaints and the email address I had used to contact them in the past comes back to me as unsent from that DAMION GUY... There was never a phone number provided foe customer support... So, it looks as though have been taken for a ride... What does a person do at this point?
