On the 24 January Thursday I ordered the "Nuvoryn - Nathans Natural" Goods online and paid via my Citibank credit card.
The payment site showed that the charges will be made to Nathans Natural and my credit card statement will reflect Nathans Natural for my orders placed. Orders were supposed to arrive within 4-8days.
To date, I have not received any response to my calls or emails requesting to find out what is happening to the ordered goods.
I searched online and found many people have been cheated by Nathans Natural and they all did not receive the goods.
I am requesting Citibank to assist me with this complaint and help to refund my sum paid and take the necessary action to stop this frauds from further cheating any other innocent people.
