Placed a order for 2 1 bottles at a promo price of S$158 but regretted buying after the poor reviews and complaints. Tried cancelling this order on 19 Aug via their webpage and only receive an automated response that they will reply within 24 hours.
The next day I received the order udpate from this email address: [email protected]. Sg that order is now shipped. Immediately I responded that I have made the cancellation request and asked them to stop shipment. But unfortunately the email was not delivered.
I rung the bank to stop the transaction however the bank cannot stop the transaction and could only wait for the payment request from Nathans then I will have to file for dispute.
Now i can only keep my fingers crossed that I will get my money back or Nathans will cancel my order. My worst worries will be I will get my money back and will not receive the product too.
I can only wait!
