I am from South Africa and ordered the Nuvoryn and Purecleanse product from their websites. After no delivery I tried to contact the company at 27 (0) 21 300 2301. The phone rings and when somebody picks up it is immediately put down again or you are very politely told to hold the line a consultant will be with you soon. I was on the line for 20 minute holding for a consultant. After numerous complaints on their Contact Us website, where they promise that a consultant will contact me within 24 hours, still nobody contacted me. I am now trying to get my money back but cannot get anybody to talk to me. Trying to reverse the payment through the bank, I need Nathans Natural's authority to reverse the payment. I cannot get their authority because nobody want to talk to me. I don't know what to do to get my money back.
