Charged 29.94 Twice for Valentine Gift Never Received

I was charged 29.94 twice and have not received what I ordered. I want a refund ASAP.

I was offered a Valentine gift through Facebook to purchase for my wife. I made a choice, and I was charged twice and did not receive what I ordered. I have contacted my bank and informed them of the unauthorized second charge. I want my product at the cost of 29.94 and my refund of 29.94. I also do not want to be charged again.
