Our small business computer was running slowly and stuck in safe mode. We thought we connected to Dell support when it was actually Qresolve. They agreed that our issues were completely resolvable and guarenteed that they would fix it. We agreed to the 249.99 payment, one year service, gave our debit info and off they went. After 5 hours they could no longer help us and there's nothing else they could do. The computer now runs slower than it did prior to calling. When I spoke to a supervisor for a refund he said that someone will call me w/in 48 hours. I asked to recieve some sort of e-mail confirmation that we will be paid back and he could not provide. I feel like this company copied all my files and now has complete access to all our personal information.
