I purchased a vacation in 2010 but wasnt able to use it because the customer service was poor. I was never able to book my vacations because they required prior steps before a vacation could be booked. They said they would email the reservation number and then I was to call the resort with this number to book the resort. Never received the information after several tries! They called me in January saying they saw I had never used my packages and offered to extend the deal. They made the packages transferable, waived fees, extended dates, and gave me extra dates on trips. I was promised to receive info via mail and email. Nothing received yet. I have called to cancel and they note they are unable to accommodate me. These folks are scammers and I really should've known better!!
