We were unable to book a vacation due to many run-arounds, high service fees, inconsistent information between representatives of the company. We were unwilling to upgrade from the free cruise, which was far from free. We opted to trade for a resort getaway with the promise of the refund of our $200 cruise deposit. We did not receive the refund.
We, too, have spoken to Alex who claims no connection to Mini Vacations and on Feb. 27 assured me that we could book a resort in the Colo. Rockies the end of May. However, when I called today (Mar. 7) because he never called as promised last week with the information, I was told by another representative that those dates were all booked. (Alex was in a meeting and couldn't speak to me.)
That led me to the internet where I found all of these rif-off reports. Thank you for showing me the connection between Grand Incentives and Mini Vacations.
Please keep me informed on how I might get my money back and what I can do to see to it that the people responsible for this rip off are held accountable.
