I purchased this item from qvc. Item #a1550 kiooseki pro (silver). I was informed sinced i wanted to return the item it had to go through the company from whom i purchased, qvc does not carry stock. I called the company and was told they did not carry the product anymore, therefore i could not get it removed off my mastercard. And there was nothing else they could do. Thanks in advance for helping me with this matter. I am on a limited income and i can't afford to throw money away. And i surely would not be able to replace it myself. Thanks, d'lauri bailon
