On December 11 I ordered 2 sets of DVD's with a total of 170.00 which was taken from my credit card on Dec. 13. I have complained to xeovent and have had correspondance with them. They kept telling me because of the holidays over Christmas they could be slow in coming. It has been 2 months today since they were suppose to have been shipped and still haven't arrived. I have been unable to contact them since Feb. 5. THis is my first time being scammed like this. It certainly seemed like a secure site. Don't know how to press charges against someone like this.
