I purchased dvd sets-the rookies and fury on 11/23 and at first i got the wrong sets. Then when i finally got the sets they were incomplete. They were supposed to be complete sets. I was in contact with a Rene Sadler by email who was helping me up until after i returned the sets in May. Since then i got no response to emails so i called the phone number on the website-973-500-3122. All they kept telling me to do was to send emails to the customer support team from the website. They have ignored my emails and to this date i still haven't gotten my refund.
