THis complaint is against DVDMoose.com with a web site (IP address: 205.204.93.166) I purchased 2 sets of DVD's Five Mile Creek and Dr. Quinn medicine woman. After they didn't arrive about 5 weeks later, I sent a message and they responded and said because of the holidays at Christmas they could be a week longer coming. So I waited for 8 weeks and now I am unable to reach them. The money was taken from my account by XEO VENT.
