454 Life Entertainment located in San Jose, CA promoted a concert at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas on February 9. Hotel management stopped people from going in for safety reasons. Over 100 people were stranded outside and have not been given a refund for the tickets which they purchased @ $40 - $50 a piece. A lot of the tickets sold were cash based.
