I googled Apple cusomer support got the nubmer 1-855-362-6809. They said they were selling me insurance for my apple products that would cover me for a year. Turns out it was a subscription for Techzilla.com. When I found out what it was I immediately called them back to ask for my money back. The lady offered me $170.00. I refused and asked for all of my money back being that the sales rep lied to me. She ended up hanging up on me. The second call back I asked to speak to a supervisor. The gal's name was Wendy so she tells me. She tells me this was not a supervosor call. After much argueing she puts me on hold for a long while then comes back on and tells me that her supervosor says that it was not a supervosor call then she hangs up on me. I called back repedatly and all called ended up hanging up on me except for the 6th call. The gentleman says to me (after explaining everything to him) that he will do a pull call.in other words he says all calls are recorded. Another thing they didn't tell me... And they will listen to the call to see if it was misrepresented. We will see if I get a phone call back.
