I ordered the wrong size mittens when I tried to return them/exchange them. I was told they don't do exchanges even though their web site says they do. The website also doesn't say you will have to sign for delivery. When I tried to return them they told me I need a RNA# that only the owner can provide, who was home sick. Angela told me to wait for the # before submitting anything after waiting 24 hours I called and spoke with Andrew. Andrew said I need to submit the return form via email PDF because the fax was broken, and then the owner would provide the # and I then could return my mittens. On 1/31 they acknowledged my email without the RNA#. I have not received any further information.
