Don't ever make the same mistake I made by ordering from this so called company. Even a call on the phone to inquiry on a delivery date, they were rude. They must have gotten their training from the owner, Jeff Yurtin.
Long story short, Yes I ordered a pool liner deepth size incorrectly (my fault). I wanted to do an exchange for the correct size. After calling and talking with a sales rep, I was instructed to fill out a return authorization form, which I did and faxed. I was given the impression I would recieve the RGA # and I would have to pay for shipping the box back to the manufacturer (I was ok with that.)
The next day I called and spoke with, I thought to be a sales person regarding my faxed return form. He proceeded to advise that I would not only incur a 25% restocking from them, but also an additional 25% from the manufacturer. He suggested right away that I would be better off selling the liner on eBay myself. When I asked where the additional 25% was stated in their return policy, (since I was willing to pay the stated 25% restocking fee to them,) the gentlemen became very rude.
I was taken back at his tone and response to my request. He could not direct me to where in the return policy the additional 25% restocking was referenced. I requested to speak to the owner which he advised me that I could do so if I wish. I was so upset with this gentlemen and the responses this men was saying throughout the call, I hung up the phone.
After a few minutes, I called back to speak with the owner. I was amazed to find out that the original gentlemen I spoke with was the OWNER!!! I was connected with him and again his tone and responses were unbelievable. I expressed to him that I was not pleased with his tone, response nor his level of service from him and he said "it was not his fault I ordered the wrong size. Too bad!" He also proceeded to call me RUDE and said he would inform his employees of this as well.
The owner would not provide a RGA number to return the liner and he hung up on me.
BUYERS BEWARE: SPE return policy is not clear and can be misunderstood by the consumer. The customer service from the owner himself was an experience I never encountered before. Although the liner was at a lower cost I found elsewhere, you get what you pay for! Even if this liner was the correct size, would they hold up the warranty policy if need be... Probably not. You will only experience bad customer service from anyone you deal with including the OWNER! If you don't believe me, go to the BBB website and inquiry on this company. They had 96 complaints filed against them which many the owner never responded too. That should tell you something! Lesson learned... Look up the company first before ordering anything.
