I bought this soft ware package which stated that it was easy to use gave no details once bought for tech support and no information to contact for a refund. This software does not work. I have had numerous people who are efficient at computer stuff and they can not even get it to work. I would like my money refunded to me. I have spent two months trying to find who to contact to get a refund.
